Initial Consultation -
Free of charge

All our initial interior design consultations are free of charge. During our visit, we will take a detailed brief to establish what you'd like your interior to look like. We'll determine any preferences for colour, style and overall design.

We'll discuss your likes & dislikes, talk about some initial design concepts and make sure we thoroughly understand what you are looking for.

Design Stage

Once you are happy with the consultation, we will initiate the interior design process.

Designs for each room are produced on an A2 sample board detailing colours, wallpaper, furniture and accessories.

This usually takes around 7 days to complete.

Quotation

In addition to the A2 boards, we produce a quote providing full costs of the entire project.

The interior design fee is based upon how many hours we anticipate spending on the project.

This is a fixed price and will not change unless further visits are required outside of the original scope of works. All further interior design visits are charged per hour.

Project Management

At the start of the project, we produce a scope of works document detailing the various work being carried out and by who. 

We manage the entire process for you from start to finish so you can sit back and relax!
 

Travel Costs

Reasonable travel costs will be charged for at the start of the project and included on the initial quote for any work that falls outside of a 30 mile radius to Newmarket, Suffolk.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before we commence any interior design work and we would ask customers to pay for materials, soft furnishings, furtniture and flooring upfront.

The interior design fee is payable upon completion of the project. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
