All of this information is taken into consideration for the overall design and style of the property. Design StageOnce you are happy with the consultation, we will initiate the interior design process. Designs for each room are produced on an A2 sample board detailing colours, wallpaper, furniture & accessories. This usually takes around 7 days. In addition to this we produce a quote providing full costs for the entire project. |
This is a fixed price and will not change unless further visits are required outside of the agreement. Pricing is based on the number of hours we anticipate spending on the project, all of which is documented at the beginning of the engagement. Project ManagementAt the start of the interior design project, we produce a scope of works document that details when the various work is being carried out and by which tradesmen. We manage the entire process for you from start to finish so you don't have to worry and we're always on hand to help and advise. We are used to working to tight timescales and meeting deadlines for launches.

Travel CostsReasonable travel costs will be charged for at the start of the project and included on the initial quote. This involves travelling outside a 30 mile radius of Newmarket, Suffolk. Payment TermsA deposit is required before we commence work and we would ask customers to pay for materials, soft furnishings, furniture and flooring upfront. The interior design fee is payable upon completion of the project. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
